Dear creative-working-solo,

I know that feeling of “I need to figure it out alone”. Been there, done that.

I’m Nishita Mohta 👋

⏳2016-2020: I spent the first 4 years of my career as a freelance designer & writer learning all this the hard way. Mostly alone. Mostly by getting it wrong first.

⏳2020-2023: I stepped away for 3.5 years to work as a Project Manager at a brand strategy and design studio. The team grew, the projects grew, I grew with them. But somewhere in there, I understood something about myself: I’m built to work independently. That’s just my true nature.

⏳2023: I started building a consulting practice around my sharpest skills: helping design studios & teams with the operations side of their business.

Along the way I realised:

Solopreneurs need business support just as much as studios do. Maybe more, because we don’t have a team around us to catch what we miss.

🍄 Creative Ops Club exists exactly for that. It is the space I wish I’d had when I was working as a creative practitioner on my own.

This is not just another feed to scroll. Not a course. Not a content library. Not one more thing to consume alone.

☎️ It’s a close-knit, Slack-based club where creative entrepreneurs, freelancers and solo practitioners work through the real, unglamorous parts of running a solo practice: marketing, sales, project management, time, collaborations, systems and more.

So if you’re quietly drowning in the ops side of your practice, come over. 🏡 Come find the solutions. Come find the people actually working through it with you, right now.

Membership starts 1st August.

This isn't like other peer-only WhatsApp groups and communities.

Here, I show up as your mentor to answer every single question you have for your business. We do this on our group Slack, so that everyone can learn from each other's experience too. (Our learnings are amplified when shared!)
